I bought this scale for its good looks and probable easy cleaning and long life. I am disappointed in two features of its performance.
First, the weight indication in ounces is graduated in 1/8 ounce units. Fractional indications like 1/8 1/4 3/8 are not easy to use, especially when the fraction part of the display disappears as an exact number of ounces is reached.
Second, the update rate of the display is quite slow compared to some other electronic scales, making it difficult to measure liquids by pouring into a container on the scale.
