After purchasing this scale, the LCD display failed to show any information. Emailing the company brought no results and when i contacted a branch of the retail outlet where i bought it told me that they had to pull all of Terraillon’s products off the shelves because they had so many returns, and even THEY had problems reaching the manufacturer. They offered to give me a new scale, but they said they wouldnt guarentee it would work for very long. This item belongs in a dollar store … its certainly not worth the $50 we paid for it
