&lt;br /&gt;Price was about the same as Amazon, it was the only brand the store had, and I needed one right then. I use it every day for portioning out foods. Now I can be sure that everyone gets the same amount of hamburger! =) It has all the basic features; ounces (to one decimal place) or grams selection, tare weight and auto off. If there&#039;s any quibble, the instruction book says that the machine shuts down after three minutes. In practice it&#039;s more like one minute. Not a problem for me. This scale is definitely worth a look. Five stars!

&lt;br /&gt;Forgot to mention that it will also do double duty as a home postal scale on occasion. Seems to be pretty accurate, too.
