The first impression is that its a little bit small and lightweight, but when you get to use it , you’ll love it. It’s really precise(I’m a pastry chef and use it at home) I use a lot of gelatin and it weighs that extra 1 gram that makes a difference in pastry. It also reacts quickly to the slight pressure of your finger on the button, and its good that you can take off the lid to clean. The only problem that I find its that when I want to weigh big cakes of more than 2 kilos, its difficult to see the display of the numbers. But overral I love it!.
