I’ve owned this scale for quite a while – i bought it in a store after owning a different Salter scale (which i liked, but has since died) and needed another scale for the household…it’s still working (although the power off button no longer works), but has always annoyed me in the fact that when you place an item on the platform (or add to existing item) it takes a LONG time to register the weight change, which is just irritating when you’re trying to be precise with measurements (add a bit and wait…..add a bit more and wait….etc).
