I used this one or twice, but Its been great so far with very little to complain about- its small, it seems accurate, and its really easy to use. I’d buy this again If I ever needed one.

I needed a new kitchen scale since my old one flopped dead. I was really satisfied with my old scale so I was looking for something similar. I thought this one would be same but this scale is far better and I am definately happy with my purchase! This scale is a well rounded device that is simple, yet functional in every aspect: It weighs objects accurately, Its easy to clean, its compact, and it looks great. I would buy this scale again if I ever needed another one.

I ordered this scale based on the shape, good reviews, and specs. It arrived from Ozeri very quickly. I noticed the button labels on the unit did not match the instruction manual nor work the way the manual said they should. I did figure out the scale would do everything as promised, switching different units, tare, etc. however the buttons were mis-marked and confusing.

I contacted Ozeri via their e-mail address and notified them of my issue. I heard back from them within 3 hours and they were very apologetic! Apparently they had a batch of mis-marked scales that were recalled but there were some "escapes". They offered me a choice of a full refund, another scale, or an upgrade to their newer kitchen scale, at no cost to me. I chose the upgrade (surprise). They shipped the upgrade scale within 24 hours and I am VERY pleased with their rapid response and the new scale; plus they asked me to keep the old scale.
The new scale works great and it looks so sleek we decided to leave it out on the counter top, no sense in hiding it away in a drawer!

I can't say enough about their wonderful customer service, all too rare these days! Rating: 5 / 5

This is a classy looking little addition to your countertop. So far it has worked easily and perfectly. We turn it off when it is not in use, so there have been no battery issues. Our unit has a stainless steel finish with a white bottom. The white wouldn't necessarily be the first color choice, but it is barely visible.

The primary use for this scale is portion control. If you are trying to lose pounds, it is helpful to be able to put your plate on the scale and compare what you are about to eat with recommended serving sizes.

It's also useful as a postage scale. No need to use more stamps than necessary or worse, have a birthday card with an enclosure returned for insufficient postage. Rating: 5 / 5

I was pleasantly surprised at the small size and weight of the scale. It seems to be accurate. The only problem I found was that the On/Off button tares the scale and the Tare button changes the measurement. I would recommend this scale.
