I did not receive the glass plate that makes the scale functional. Amazon basically said “Tough Luck”. Basically they say that ordering from this company is a crap shoot and the onus is on you By making the customer go through the hassle of returning the item rather then making things right, they hope you’ll give up. That way Amazon and Wintime Scales both make money. It’s the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon.

This scale works well. It was a gift for my girlfriend who needed one for measuring things out for her weightwatchers program.

The scale fits perfectly on my countertop without being intrusive. Works accurately and arrived in the mail quickly.

I have used my scale a lot since I received it and am very pleased. It is small so it does not take up what little counter space I have and it keeps my in line with my diet regimen. I would recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a food scale.
