Forget about charting your progress with unnecessary booklets and trying to remember what calories are in what. IT'S EASY with the EatSmart Digital Scale! Hey if I can do it so can anyone! With using this little gem of a scale, I now am aware of exactly what goes into my body at each meal and at the end of my day, I am able to have an accurate record of my daily intake which is broken down for me! It has three limitations. There must be some weight limit, but i have not encountered it so this is not a problem for me.
